Learn how many calories are in frozen yogurt and what affects the total depending on flavor and toppings. At Corner Yogurt in Redwood City we publish calorie information for our current flavors so customers can make informed choices.
At Corner Yogurt we believe every customer deserves a choice. Whether you're watching your sugar, avoiding dairy, or simply treating yourself, we offer a range of options — from our lightest No Sugar Added frozen yogurt all the way to rich, indulgent gelato. Below you'll find a description of each type we serve, a sample nutrition label, and a comparison to premium ice cream so you can see exactly how they stack up.
Please note: The nutrition labels shown below are representative examples for reference only. We rotate flavors regularly, and calorie counts, sugar content, and fat values will vary from flavor to flavor, but they should give you a pretty good feel for the average differences between each type.
Our lightest option. Made from cultured non-fat milk, the same way as our regular frozen yogurt — but with a non-nutritive sweetener (such as sucralose) in place of added sugar. The result is a creamy, tangy treat with zero added sugar and the fewest calories on our menu. Any sugar shown on the label is naturally occurring from the dairy base.

Our classic. Made from cultured skim milk — no cream, no fat. The culturing process introduces live active probiotic cultures, giving frozen yogurt its signature tangy flavor and potential digestive benefits. With zero grams of fat and a moderate calorie count, this is a genuinely lighter alternative to ice cream without sacrificing creaminess.

A step up in richness from non-fat. Low-fat frozen yogurt is made with low-fat cultured milk, which adds a slightly creamier mouthfeel while keeping fat and calories well below traditional ice cream. Still contains live active cultures for all the probiotic benefits you'd expect from frozen yogurt.

Made entirely from fruit, water, and sweeteners — no milk, no cream, no dairy of any kind. Sorbet is our go-to recommendation for customers who are lactose intolerant, vegan, or simply prefer a fruit-forward, refreshing treat. The texture is lighter and icier than frozen yogurt, and the flavor is bold and bright.

Italian-style frozen dessert made with whole milk, sugar, and egg yolks, churned slowly at a lower speed than ice cream. Less air is incorporated during churning, which produces a denser, silkier texture and a more concentrated flavor. Gelato has more calories than our frozen yogurt options — but if you're in the mood for something truly indulgent, it's hard to beat.

Premium ice cream is made with cream, skim milk, sugar, and egg yolks. The high fat content from heavy cream is what gives traditional ice cream its rich, indulgent character — and also accounts for the significantly higher calorie count. We include this label so you can see at a glance what you're trading off when you choose frozen yogurt instead.
